The Courage of Detroit

There is an interesting article by Mitch Albom in this week's Sports Illustrated.  Love him or hate him, Albom speaks to what it means to be a Michigander, to know hope, failure, and misery, and yet to survive.  You can read the article here.

Who should come off the bench & be sixth man? AI or Rip?

This is a tough call. I have been a constant defender of the Iverson trade, so maybe just to stick to my guns I'll say Rip should be the 6th man. Maybe they should alternate starts and see how that works out...

I grew up in Oak Park and Southfield, and used to spend summers in Oscoda, Tawas City, and Alpena. I graduated from Wayne State. Still have fond memories of Detroit.
