It has almost been a whole month since my last post, which is probably the longest I have ever neglected this blog since the inception of A Sad Day for Sad Birds 1. (I'm now on version 2, though I dropped it from the title.) Since May, or so, I have been very involved with a new website, 360 Main Street. The site launched in June (or was it July?), and we just launched a new version of the site this week. You can check it out here. (Since I have been involved with this project, my concept of time and my memory seems to have gotten worse....)
In addition to my associate editorial duties there and my review editorial duties at H_NGM_N, I have been teaching and still trying to keep up with my own book reviewing and other writing projects. The book is starting to get out more, and it is now up on Amazon, though it appears you still cannot purchase it through Amazon. Marc Beaudin recently reviewed it here, and he read a poem from it on his radio program "Report from the Mountains." You can listen here. Thanks, Marc!
