Ben Somers' Your Sorcerer's Way Reviewed!

I just happened across a review of the latest Lame House Press chapbook! Over at the Slash Pine Projects site, Shea Stripling writes, "Your Sorcerer’s Way is a work of remembering and imagining. It is a piece that centers on the adult’s attempt to understand and escape reality, and, by the end, you feel as though you have flipped through a photo book of pictures you never knew you took." You can read the full review here. Thanks, Shea!

And if you're interested in ordering a copy of Ben's book, visit http://lamehouse.blogspot.com.

This Wednesday, I'm reading with Robert Pfeiffer, Tom Cheshire, and Amy Herschleb in the Vouched Presents series. The reading starts at 8PM and is at The Goat Farm (1200 Foster St., Atlanta, GA). You can find more information about each of the readers on the Facebook page here.

On Thursday, a group of poets representing Bloof Books will be reading at the Emory Bookstore. Please come out to see Shanna Compton, Anne Boyer, Maureen Thorson, Sandra Simonds, Peter Davis, and Patricia Lockwood. The event starts at 8PM and is free and open to the public. There's a Facebook page for it too, though it doesn't include much more information. But if you're in any familiar with Bloof Books or any of the writers listed here, you know this will be a fun reading not to be missed!

An Awful Interview

In anticipation of next week's Vouched ATL reading, the wonderful Laura Straub conducted an "Awful Interview" with me. You can read it here.
